-————————————

CALICO works with local artisans to preserve the traditional methods used in Indian villages, such as Khadi (hand-spun and hand-woven cotton fabric), Jamdani, Kantha, Ajurac dyeing, and weaving of native cotton and wool, as modern traditions and to pass them on to future generations.

It is the name of a prayer to bring back the rich culture of fabrics and clothing to our daily lives, where we have long since lost the joy of touch, and to create a new world of fabrics that will connect to the future.

CALICO brings you clothes and fabrics that will make your heart dance when you wear them.
You can see Ajurac-dyed clothes in a variety of patterns using traditional dyes, as well as MAKU clothes that we introduce in our store.

The craftsmanship and sophistication unique to handmade fabrics passed down in India.

Please come and touch it for yourself.
