Refund policy
<Returns, Refunds and Exchanges>
We will not accept the return or exchange of the products for the customer’s personal reason. Also we will not accept the exchange of sizes.
We will offer a refund and/or exchange in case you receive either a defective or a different product per your order with the following conditions;
Please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the product (including the date of the receipt via the delivery box), after having an instruction by us, please return the product within 7 days by the means we suggest.
If the returning period has expired, we will not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
Refunds will be processed by either the cancellation of credit card transaction or the bank transfer.
<Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged>
- Hygienic products such as underwears and masks
- Books
- In case you order a large number of items intended to choose some and return the others.
- In case the item is returned before the customer has contacted us or we have not yet replied to it.
- Goods that are obviously appear to have been used (In case of just trying on the goods at home for a short time does not been counted as“used”, but if the value of the goods is diluted by the process of trial, we will not be able to accept the retun.)
- Only the goods with regular pricess can be refunded. Discounted goods (e.g.THRIFT items) may not be refunded.
