1. Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order?

We cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please carefully check the order details before proceeding with the order.

2. Delivery

Q1. How long does delivery take?

If you pay by immediate payment, your order will be shipped within 5 business days after your order is confirmed. If you specify cash on delivery, your order will be shipped within 5 business days after your order is confirmed. If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped within 5 business days after we confirm your payment. This does not apply in the event of a natural disaster, large-scale event, or other situation that affects transportation. Please note that we are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and during the New Year holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is 880 yen (tax included) nationwide, except Hokkaido and Okinawa, where it is 1,100 yen (tax included). Free shipping for purchases totaling 20,000 yen (tax included) or more.

3. About the Product

If the size doesn't fit, can I return or exchange it?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. Sizes vary from product to product, so please be sure to check the measurements of each product and the model photos before purchasing. If an item is out of stock, will it be restocked?

The situation varies depending on the product, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us.
