A fabric that transcends time and is still woven in India today.
They reflect distant lands and people, yet blend into our modern landscape.
The prayers of the cloth do not come to fruition on their own. They are realized through the communion of being worn and admired.
This year we will be visiting Ginza again in the height of summer.
We will be showcasing items made from indigenous cotton and dyed fabrics in collaboration with various regions, including Tamil Nadu and Kutch, with a focus on clothing such as khadi and jamdani that have been woven in Bengal from 2020 to 2022.
