Spring is slowly beginning to arrive in the Japanese archipelago.
Starting on March 30th, CALICO will be holding a pop-up at SPICA, a shop located in the bustling city of Beppu.
The exhibition will run until May 6th. Closed on Wednesdays.

The photo shows the Abha CALICO edition, a collaboration between SIDR Craft and CALICO.
In fact, it is made more loosely than the traditional costume called Abha worn by local women.

Announcement of CALICO pop up shop

Closed on Wednesdays during the exhibition period
We will be holding a CALICO pop-up in Gallery 2, introducing the world of Indian handmade fabrics.
We also have hand spun and hand woven fabrics from Bengal, Khadi clothing and shawls from Maku Textiles.
