Yesterday, I went on a day trip with my wife for the first time in a while.
In preparation for the exhibition that will be held from next weekend, I visited CALICO at the foot of Mount Wakakusa in Nara.

It was basically a quick read, but...
It's been a while since I last met Fumie-san.
I had a very fulfilling stay in Nara thanks to the opportunity to talk with you.
Traveling to India was becoming difficult.
The other day, Fumie came to visit for the first time in a long while.
Listening to Fumie's story, who works beyond the boundaries of Japan,
It always makes me feel like we're connected to the world and it's a really fun time.
The coronavirus pandemic has had a major impact on Indian handicrafts.
Even in such circumstances, I can only admire the way they have traveled across the ocean to connect with and support the creators.
I hope one day to visit India, a land that Fumie holds dear. I'm looking forward to it!
