Found MUJI Aoyama will be hosting a CALICO POPUP STORE from Thursday, April 28th. CALICO products will be available in stores for the first time in about a year.
Additionally, Kobayashi Fumie from CALICO will also be in the store on the first day, Thursday, April 28th.

CALICO:the ART of INDIAN VILLAGE FABRICS
(Calico: The world of Indian handmade textiles)
Founded in 2012 and based in New Delhi, the company is headed by Fumie Kobayashi, a designer. Working with Indian artisans and production groups, the company studies local practices and traditional designs while designing hand-woven fabrics such as khadi and jamdani, hand-dyed fabrics such as ajurak, and hand-embroidered fabrics such as kantha, as well as clothing and household goods made from these fabrics, as well as their production and distribution. In March 2021, the company will relocate and open its Japanese-owned store, CALICO: theBhavan, in Nara.
